How do we work?


Our work with Top Executives falls into 2 parts – Planning and Implementation.
The first is to strategically plan their longer term career according to strengths, needs, experience, long-term aims and market potential. From this we identify their next ideal career target and we structure our processes and our own networking around this. The planning phase is critical to the success of our recommendations to the marketplace. 


InterExec’s key Directors have all worked in business at Board level and have the training and experience to effectively support your exiting Executive through their career transition.   
Only when we have successfully completed the Planning phase will we move into Implementation where we conduct an intensive and sustained market facing campaign for the individual in line with their specific needs and confidentiality requirements, that ensures they ultimately achieve the most appropriate position.


This part of the transition is managed by a dedicated 10 person team who have had extensive careers in business and have long standing relationships with recruiters.


At one end of our service spectrum, we enhance all channels to market and invest more into those which yield higher results. We have access to those contacts which individuals would be unable to reach directly and if they did would have less success in maintaining.


At the other end of our service spectrum, when confidentiality is of paramount importance, we are uniquely placed to offer the highest level of anonymity by acting both as a third party broker as well as a protective shield from the marketplace.
